Our different lounge areas are comfortable and unique, ideal for enjoying aperitifs with a selection of wines, including sparkling ones and champagnes or signature cocktails created by our skilled bartenders. All drinks are accompanied by sushi courses and, from this year, our “pinsa”. An aperitif at The Lodge will also allow you to admire Florence from a unique point of view, enjoying spectacular sunsets throughout the summer.

The Lodge offers an authentic Italian cuisine revisited in an innovative way. Unexpected fusions, international ingredients, cutting-edge processing, and cooking techniques are possible thanks to our technologically unique food lab.
